Whether you are coming to a Mini Medallists party or to one of our school holiday courses, there are a few things that we ask from children and parents.
- Mini Medallists and the venue provider endeavour to provide a safe and secure environment. However we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any items brought onto the premises. We encourage parents not to allow any child to bring anything of value to a party or holiday course.
- Children should dress appropriately to the venue requirements and the weather conditions. Please encourage your children to wear tracksuit bottoms during colder weather, and bring a sun hat/baseball cap in warmer conditions. If there is the chance of light showers, please provide a light rain jacket.
- Suitable footwear is a must - please ensure your child is wearing trainers, rather than Crocs or flip-flops.
- If sun cream is required, please apply a layer before the start of the party/holiday course.
- Please let Mini Medallists know as soon as possible about any medical conditions. It is important that the Mini Medallists coaches know of any condition, and of any medication that may be required.
- Mini Medallists would like to take photographs during parties and holiday courses, for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your children photographed, or you would like to see the relevant photographs before they are used on our promotional material (includes leaflets, website and our dedicated Facebook page), please let Mini Medallists know.
Refunds Policy - Parties
The parent has the right to cancel a party for whatever reason. However, we do have a refund policy:
If a party is cancelled 28 days before the date of the party, there will be no charge, or a full refund will be given. However, after that there will be a charge. If the party is cancelled at least 14 days before the date of the party, we will refund 50% of the party charge. If the party is cancelled after that time, there will be no refund.
Refunds Policy - Holiday Courses/Extra Curricular
If you need to cancel your booking on any Mini Medallists holiday courses, please ensure you contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel. If you cancel before the day of the course, a full refund or credit will be given. However, if you fail to let Mini Medallists know of the absence, or cancel on the day of the course, no refund or credit will be given. Days that have been booked on holiday courses are NOT transferrable, unless you have notified Mini Medallists of any change in circumstances before the start of the course.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not show up on the day your child has been booked on, your booking cannot be transferred onto another course. This is because, after taking the number of bookings into consideration, staffing has been arranged around the numbers booked.
There may be a point when Mini Medallists cancel a day at a course. If this happens, a full refund or credit will be given.
